Russ is the
founder of ProEd and the prime architect of the world renowned PRISMS
program series, the largest selling and most widely used business
skills courses in the insurance industry. In constant demand as
a speaker and motivator for executives, managers and salespeople,
Russ has brought his dynamic brand of training to companies throughout
the United States and Europe, as well as to Australia, New Zealand,
Singapore and Hong Kong.
He is the author
of several books, including The 7 Triggers to YES, The Sales Compass: Your Guide to
Sales Success, as well as numerous national trade articles on
sales and management topics.
A former president
of both the Insurance Manager's Association of New Jersey and the
NJ Insurance News Service, he is a recipient of the Insurance Man
of the Year Award by the Insurance Managers Association. Russ held
sales and executive management positions with the Kemper Financial
Services Group, where he produced his first training program, an
audio cassette series featuring golf pro Arnold Palmer.
